Coins deducted without applying to any enquiry!

The only way that Coins can get deducted automatically is if your auto-response status was changed to ON. If you do not wish to continue with auto-response, then simply log into your account, go to your profile page, click on the ‘Account’ section and click the ‘Preferences’ button from the dropdown. On the ‘Preferences’ page, click on the ‘Edit’ button and check if the box beside the ‘Saved response’ has a tick mark. If it does, then uncheck the box to remove the tick mark and click the ‘Update’ button.

For Institutes, who are on coins-based Premium Membership plan, there is no option to deactivate the auto response setting.
