A Response is the first thing a customer sees when you reply to an enquiry. Your Response can be saved by going to your profile page, selecting the ‘Account’ section and clicking on the ‘Saved response’ tab, where you can create a custom quote, a personalized message and the category to which they apply.
Make sure that your response is genuine, detailed and informative. Thinking from the customer's point of view will help you add those details that a customer wants. For ex: Should you mention qualifications or experience, or would the quote matter most? Or should you break up the quote to show exactly what you are offering as part of your service.
Ensure that your response covers all touch points and it is sure to get replies from customers.
