Tutors and Institutes need to upgrade to Premium Membership plan to respond to all the student enquiries. You can respond to student enquiries in two ways - Manual and Auto-response.
You need to type out a message and quote everytime you respond to an enquiry manually.
On the other hand, if you want to respond to enquiries quickly, you can have your category specific message with quote saved in Saved Responses. You can have different Saved Responses for different categories. When you opt for an auto-response option and an enquiry alert matching your category comes, the system will automatically respond to an enquiry with your category specific saved response and respective coins will be deducted automatically. You just need to connect with the students on receiving the student's contact details via SMS and Email alert.
However, there is no difference in the number of coins deducted for both manual and auto-response mode.
Furthermore, you can activate autoresponse without monthly budget where you will receive all the matching enquiries
You can set the limit on the number of enquiries you receive in a month
You can set the number of offline/online enquiries per category in a month which will limit the coins usage to so many number of enquiries.
To make these changes in your account, log in to your account and select the option 'Account - Settings - Preferences - Enquiry Response Preference' on the left-hand side of the navigation panel. Choose the appropriate option as per your requirement.
