Why am I not able to contact the customers outside of my locality?

This may be caused by two factors.

Firstly, the distance that a professional specifies as being comfortable for him to travel to is taken into consideration. If you wish to travel further, you can change the distance you are willing to travel by logging into your profile, going to 'Enquiries', selecting 'Enquiry location' and then entering the distance that you are willing to travel in KM.

Secondly, we only match professionals with customers based on the distance that the customer is willing to travel. This may cause professionals to not receive enquiries from customers who are not willing to travel the distance between their locations.
